The Deluxe Enhanced plan delivers our highest level of protection, combining expanded coverage limits with a wide range of essential systems and appliances. With up to $3,000 in coverage for heating and cooling systems and $1,000 for each covered appliance, this plan is ideal for homeowners seeking maximum protection and fewer unexpected expenses.

Coverage applies only to items specifically listed as included. Items shown as “not covered” are examples and not a complete list. Please refer to your service agreement for full terms and conditions.

Cooling & Heating Systems

Up to $3,000 per system, per 12-month period
Includes access, diagnostics, repair, replacement, and installation.

• Central Air Conditioning (Electric only, up to 5-ton systems)
  Covered: Condenser, thermostat, compressor, fan motors, transformer, fuse, relay, timer, and core electronic components.
  Not Covered: Ductwork, gas A/C units, Wi-Fi thermostats, refrigerant, filters, line sets, portable units, chilled water systems, wall units not originally ducted.
• Central Home Heating (Gas or Electric)
  Covered: Burners, gas valve, blower, thermostat, fan control, transformer, igniter, and other key parts.
  Not Covered: Ductwork, solar systems, fireplaces, chimneys, pellet stoves, expansion tanks, portable heaters.
• Additional A/C Unit (Electric only)
  Same coverage and limitations as the primary unit.

Appliances & Other Covered Systems

Up to $1,000 per appliance or system, per 12-month period
Includes access, diagnostics, repair, replacement, and installation.

• Water Heater (Gas or Electric)
  Covered: Burner, gas valve, thermostat, heating element, vent damper, relief valve.
  Not Covered: Solar heaters, tanks, piping, insulation, anode rods.
• Range/Oven/Cooktop
  Covered: Burners, gas valves, igniters, thermostats, regulators, heating elements, internal wiring.
  Not Covered: Clocks, knobs, handles, racks, cosmetic items.
• Built-in Microwave
  Covered: Door switch, controller, magnetron, transformer, motor, electrical components.
  Not Covered: Countertop units, glass, filters, cosmetic items.
• Kitchen Refrigerator (Excludes Icemaker)
  Covered: Compressor, thermostat, condenser, defrost elements, fan control, electronics.
  Not Covered: Icemaker, filters, seals, doors, cosmetic issues.
• Standalone/Built-in Icemaker
  Covered: Ejector motor, mold, heater, wiring harness, switches, gears.
  Not Covered: Liners, racks, rollers, handles.
• Dishwasher
  Covered: Heating element, pump, timer, control panel, motor, thermostat.
  Not Covered: Baskets, racks, rollers, cosmetic damage, hard water deposits.
• Kitchen Exhaust Fan
  Covered: Fan motor, belts, switches, control board, electrical parts.
  Not Covered: Filters, rooftop units, cosmetic wear.

…and more, including electrical systems, plumbing, septic, thermostat, pool/spa equipment, well pumps, clothes washer/dryer, garage door opener, ceiling fans, garbage disposal, freezers, wine coolers, and secondary refrigerators (coverage varies by component).
